When you purchase from Gottaylor, you agree to our Returns Policy.
RETURNS: Handbags and Accessories
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact info@gottaylor.store with your order number. Our team will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
- All returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
- Refunds are not provided. Approved returns may be eligible for exchange or store credit only.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in perfect resalable condition.
- Items must include all original packaging, tags, and dust bags.
- Returns received after 14 days or with signs of use, wear, damage, or missing packaging will be declined.
We strongly recommend using trackable shipping and keeping your tracking number as proof of return. Gottaylor is not responsible for lost parcels, customs fees, or shipping delays.
Returned items that are not received by Gottaylor will not be eligible for exchange, gift card, or refund.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order Cancellation / Change of Mind Before Shipping
If your order has not yet been shipped (no tracking number issued), we can cancel and refund your order. However, a small processing fee will apply:
- 5% fee for Shopify Payments
- 6% fee for PayPal payments
Once a tracking number has been issued, your order has already been processed and cannot be canceled or refunded.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Each Gottaylor bag is thoroughly inspected before shipment. If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please email info@gottaylor.store with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the fault
Please note: Minor imperfections such as slight leather variations, natural creases, or differences in texture are normal characteristics of genuine materials and are not considered faults.
If our team confirms that your item is faulty, you may be eligible for:
- A replacement,
- Repair, or
- Full refund (for major faults only).
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank — some transactions take additional time to appear.
If you still have not received your refund, please email info@gottaylor.store with the subject line “LATE REFUND”.
